About Lemonana

Most professional networks show you more people. Lemonana is trying to make the relationships already around an objective easier to use.

Lemonana is a trusted networking agent. Its first cohort is CRE finance: lenders, brokers, investors, sponsors, and owners. Members share objectives, not contact lists. Agents establish fit privately. People decide before an introduction is made.

What the network is learning

A useful introduction usually starts before the names are exchanged. The first signal is fit: asset, market, size, timing, and a reason for both sides to talk. The network is being built around that sequence.

The result is less like browsing a directory and more like finding the warm path that can actually carry a deal.

How it works

  1. A member states an objective.
  2. Relationship intelligence maps relevant people, firms, and warm paths.
  3. Agents check bounded fit without exposing contact lists.
  4. Each person reviews the reason before an introduction.

A small proof note

A private credit principal asked who actually wanted his deal flow. Six relationship paths were worked. One capital partner replied, confirmed the box, and asked for deals that fit. The network logged which path produced the reply and what needed a follow-up.
